Your order will reach you undamaged and fully functional. Before shipping the product, we conduct a thorough quality check:

Standard delivery to your address in Indonesia is included in the order price.
If your order arrives in Indonesia in multiple batches, and you prefer staged delivery, the first delivery is included in the price. Subsequent deliveries can be picked up from our warehouse in Bali, or we can arrange delivery for an additional fee, agreed upon before shipment.
If the product is in stock:
Bali delivery takes 2 days.
Delivery timelines to regions in Indonesia are calculated after placing the order and range from 3 to 14 days.
If the product is not in stock, timelines depend on the order volume and delivery method.
Standard delivery (by sea): Included in the price, takes from 40 days, depending on the delivery region. Delivery timelines extend on Indonesia and China national holidays.
Express delivery (by air): Additional cost, takes from 14 days, depending on customs clearance. We use UPS and DHL for express delivery. The actual delivery cost may vary.
Additional services, such as lift services, beyond the basic services provided by the selected carrier, will be invoiced directly to the customer.
If you cancel delivery when the order has already been dispatched to your address, it incurs additional costs for the customer.
Inspection and Reporting
It's crucial to thoroughly inspect each item against the original bill of lading and our order confirmation before accepting the goods from the carrier. Any shortages, damages, or suspected damages must be immediately noted on the Delivery-acceptance certificate and communicated to the driver.
Seller’s Responsibility: Indolight is not liable for any damages or delays after the goods are handed over to the carrier if organized by the Buyer.
Retry of Delivery: If the goods are not received or picked up within the specified time or deadline, we will contact the Buyer to schedule a retry of delivery or discuss an appropriate action plan.
Subsequent Delivery Attempts: Unless otherwise specified, any subsequent delivery attempts will be at the Buyer’s expense.
